-The DUTCH POLO TOUR is a selection of premium polo tournaments in The Netherlands!
-The Dutch Polo Tour is divided into 3 leagues. The BRONZE LEAGUE from handicap -4-0. The SILVER LEAGUE from handicap 1-4 and the GOLD LEAGUE from handicap 5-8 .
-Every player is awarded polopoints if he becomes 1st, 2nd or 3rd on one of the selected polotournaments of the Dutch Polo Tour.
-If a position is shared, points will be divided between the poloplayers according to the amount of chukkers played.
-Points are awarded only to poloplayers who are a member of a Dutch polo club.
-The polopoints are awarded as follows. The winners of a minus 4 polotournament will all get 20 polopoints (100%). The runners up will all receive 10 polopoints (50%) and number 3 will all get 5 polopoints (25%).
Every polotournaments handicap point up equals 20 polopoints. So a handicap 0 polotournament is good for 100 polopoints for every poloplayer in the winning team, a handicap 6 polotournament equals 220 polopoints and a handicap 12 polotournament equals 340 polopoints.
-When 2 or more poloplayers end equal, the one who played the most Dutch Polo Tour tournaments will win. If they are still equal we multiply the polopoints with the number of poloteams participated in each tournament. 
-At the end of the poloseason we will have the most promising junior poloplayer (untill 18 years) and the male and female Dutch Poloplayer of the Year.
At the AMSTERDAM POLO PARTY, the official end of the poloseason, the POLO AWARDS we will handed out.
